6,000+ installations
We have personally moved, transported and installed more than 6,000 vending machines. Starting at 5am and working through to 10:30pm — machine installed here, another removed there, the old one relocated to a third site. Nine installs and moves in a single day was a typical example. We invested in our own truck with a tailgate loader, pallet jacks, dollies and Lexan panels so we could run vending moves, transport machines to new sites and adjust machines on existing ones ourselves, keeping the expense down. And that is just one facet of our vending history.

Pioneering vending tech and troubleshooting
We have always believed in pushing the industry forward. Twenty years ago we were directly involved in building and integrating some of the very first telemetry systems used in Australian vending.
Because we spent years working alongside a vast network of highly skilled vending technicians, we learned the machines inside and out. We used that deep fault-finding knowledge to help our operators troubleshoot issues over the phone, saving them hundreds of dollars in unnecessary technician call-out fees.
